Consultation meeting on environmental and social safeguard for using machineries in implementing LACP’s Production activities took place on 26th August 2020 at 101 room, Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Phouthone Siriphanthong, National Project Director and attended by the representative from Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Ministry of Industry and commerce, as well as Technical Assistant from National Project Management Officer.
The main purpose of the workshop is to exchange ideas on the use of the manual for using Agriculture Machineries and Consistency of the content of the manual prepared by the project in accordance with the recommendations of the World Bank that stated on the aide memoire in the 4th Implementation Support Mission and to be the reference to implement and monitor of environmental and social safeguard activities in the future.
