On February 10, 2023, at the Department of Agriculture and Forestry in Vientiane Province, LACP project team together with the expert team from the World Bank went on field visit to follow up and support the implementation project in Vientiane Province. Welcomed by Mr. Somok Norchalern, Director general of Agriculture and Forestry Vientiane Province. Mr. Binh Thang Cao, Senior Agriculture Specialist along with the expert team from the world bank listened to the report on the project implementation by Mr. Onlum Luangkongkham, project coordinator of Vientiane Province, in which the meeting discussed and exchanged important information directly. And in the afternoon of the same day, the team visited cattle farm in Donkuard village and visited seed production group in Phonkham village, Thulakhom district.
