From the period of 18 – 22 March 2019, The Coordination and Consulting Team of National Project Management Official (NPMO) started the first fieldwork on Monitoring and Evaluation for two targeted provinces including Borlikhamxay and Khammouane Provinces.
The purpose of the first working visit is (a) to introduce the methodology and tools to the M&E Officers at provincial and district levels including PAFO, DAFO, PICO and DICO, and (b) to introduce the Questionnaires that will be used to monitor each project indicators at different levels of hierarchy.
